AI companies are growing so fast right now that the inside of any one of them is bound to be a mess. How do you stay rational in that kind of chaos? That really is a skill.

That sounds like a small trick, but underneath it is extreme frugality with attention. As a manager, you get hit by an endless stream of information every day.
